Returns

All returns must have an RA# on them or they will be refused.

Returns are accepted if they are done within 30 days and the product is in the original packaging that was shipped to you. All Arrow sales are final (no returns). Bows that are set up with packages prior to shipping will be charged a 15% restocking fee if returned. If you have any questions regarding returns please contact us.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 30 days if the item is in the original package and in reasonable shape.
